The updates to this document just point out that information on MOS is constantly evolving (and getting better). So visit MOS often and see if some of your favorites have been improved.
And if you didn't know, every product in EBS has an information center. If you are planning your upgrade or in the middle of one, you should visit these documents. Just type Information Center and your product in the search window. There are links to critical patches, FAQs, etc.
